School Cleaner - Buckland Brewer School

Buckland Brewer Primary School has a vacancy for a cleaner to assist with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the school. The main duties of the role are: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning communal areas and securing the site premises at the end of the day. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential. You may be required from time to time to work in other schools within the Partnership.
The appointed person will be managed by the Premises Caretaker and line management will be the Partnership Business Manager. In service training will be provided where appropriate.
This is a part-time, permanent position, working 12.50 hours per week (2.50 hours per day, Monday to Friday 15:30-18:00) term time only plus two additional weeks which are arranged in advance with the Premises Caretaker. Hours to be worked can be flexible but the working pattern will need to be agreed.
